Drugs like heroin can really harm you. I am glad Governor Wolf has finally done something that helps us out. I hope this also cuts done on the drug crimes too. People do it everyday, walk into the emergency room, get a prescription and sell it on the street. Some people do even take the pills given to them in the ER. They sneak it out.
