What is Going to Happen Now
Wolf’s budget includes raising the state’s sale tax from 6 percent to 6.6 percent and significantly reducing the number of items and services that would not be tax exempt.
This is a reason I do not like Governor Wolf. He does not think what raising taxes will do to our economy. He just thinks it will put more money in his pocket. Well he is wrong. He needs to cut taxes, cut unnecessary expenses, and lower cost overall. If he or whoever will be governor could put more money in our pocket that means we have more money to spend. That means going to the movies, going on a trip, buy new clothes, buying a new video game, what it means more money flowing in our economy. Even if a person took all the money extra they were saving and put it into an investment account like mutual fund or IRA that means there is more money invested in the economy. Whatever a person does with that money, rather than burying it in their backyard, would help the economy. Tom Wolf needs to open his eyes that he is killing our Commonwealth and needs replaced. Do not let him win this year.
