Jesus’ Purpose Was So We Could Fulfill Our Purpose

Have you ever felt that your life does not have a purpose? Maybe you have felt lost, useless, or just confused. Well we all have a purpose and not just from the day we were born, but from the day of Creation by the Almighty God. He has a plan for everyone and everything in the Universe. If you are a Christian keep reading, if you are looking for an answer stay with me, if you are a non-believer then this may not be for you.

God Makes A Plan

God does have a purpose for all of us. The main purpose is to believe in Him and spread His Word. He also has a calling for what career, family, friends, a person we will bump into, the car we will buy, and more. He knows what will happen and knows what we will do. He decides when we are ready because he is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.

You may not want to get a job at the moment, but the perfect job becomes available. This could be a plan of God’s to help you out. He may know that your car is going to die within the next year or there will be someone in your family really sick and the job offers great insurance. Point is you do not know the future, but God does and He wants to help you out. What a person needs is Faith.

John 3:16-18 16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Surrender All To God

It may be a challenge in life but you need to surrender yourself to God. I have had these problems all through my life. Sometimes I do not know if I am not being successful because I did not surrender to God or if I am disobeying God and being punished. It can get a little confusing, but reading the Holy Bible does help you out.

faith-is-taking

If you do not surrender you past and present to God He will not help you out with your future. I believe a lot of my past failures have been because I did not surrender the present to God. When I graduated high school and moved out of my parents’ house and went to college I rebelled. I disobeyed the Holy Bible, did not follow God, and did things I swore I would never do. I learned life the hard way. Years later I started trusting God and gave up everything for Him. Now I have a good job, actually saving money, and still have a passion that has failed in the past. I believe it failed because I did not follow God and dedicate it to Him. Now I am re-prioritizing, putting God first.

We all need to put God before everything else in life. He is the One who created us and knows for what we are destined. It is like you know you are going to take your kid to the amusement park for the weekend. You are going to do this because your kid are doing good in school, doing their chores, and listening to you. Then Friday you get a call from the teacher and they say your student has not been doing their homework all week. Would you still take your kid to the park? Would you talk to your kid, tell them they need to do their homework, and not take them to the park? Even among us our decisions have conscientious.

Romans 12:1-3  1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

God Speaks Through Your Heart

Have you ever had a conflict with making a decision between your mind and heart. Your mind is all the reasonable, logical side of you. You think things through and need proof that it will work. Your heart talks to you about desires, needs, and wants in life. Here is where God comes into play. If you get a feeling that you need a brand new car and your car is only a couple years old, maybe it is just a desire not a need. Here is where you pray to God and ask Him if you should get the new car. If you should not to take the desire from your heart. He will answer you prayer. I have done this before and He has made desires go away or to narrow down to what he wanted me to truly have.

Psalms 37:4-6   4Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring [it] to pass. 6And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

Jesus came to the Earth to die for our sins. We now can accept Him as our Savior and follow Him and we will be in Paradise come our end days. If your are reading this and are not saved or are not sure if you are saved you can be today.

Matthew 6:9-16

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.10Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.11Give us this day our daily bread.12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.13And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.14For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
